Thanks for the shout outs re Paraguayan residency. The life updates are great. A few years ago I travelled to Spain and actually found it quite difficult even though I'd tried to learn Spanish - I could never understand the replies because of how fast people spoke. And I found I craved English.

Still, being able to say "thank you " and "please" goes a long way in my book

Great read as always—though I didn’t make your list this month, so clearly, it’s time for me to double down! 😄 I’m fully aligned with your offshore oil thesis. With rig rates climbing, backlogs expanding, breakeven costs shrinking, and freight rates nudging higher, the offshore sector is absolutely where the action is.

Here are a few recommendations to consider: for dividend plays, keep an eye on PBR and the US Global Sea to Sky Cargo ETF (NYSEARCA: SEA). Since you’ve already got RIG in your sights, it might be worth checking out IEZ as well. Best of luck, and feel free to reach out anytime!

Thanks Pablo! Ha I will be on the lookout for one of your pieces this month 😏

Yes - The only main question I have with the offshore thesis is, when? If the uranium trade has taught me anything, it's that we're not wrong, we're just early/takes many more years than expected to play out..!

I owned PBR for about 2 years, got some great divvies from it, sold recently to roll into Nam Cheong (holding my breath with that one).

I am currently still very unemployed/chilling in Mexico (by design 😎) - So very little spare capital to play with, but this time next year I hope to have some solid income to start investing more again. As I mentioned, trying to run a more concentrated portfolio going forward 🤞

Loved the neotoddlerism thesis interesting that left 'neotods' tend affluent female educated and right tend male deprived and angry! Great data on india/china coal/nuclear size.
